Tart Recipes
I love tarts because they're so beautiful, and there's such variety available in terms of pastry shells, fillings, and toppings. Some of these recipes use a blind-baked pastry shell which is then filled - perhaps with pastry cream or ganache - while others have a pastry shell that is shaped, filled and then baked.
